Domy85: I´m not in because I don´t have a Rep of 10 yet but Ice Moon sounds pretty interesting, so+1 for that.
You two should be both able to get your rep up to 10 before the contest closes. Just keep posting every day and you'll get there :).

I’m in, thanks.

Apparently January ends and starts on the same days of the week as the May from the previous year.

Stooner: January is not only the first month of the year, but it also comes before February! What a coincidence, right?
Well I know this is not true, because it was February about 10 months ago so clearly January comes after February.

Sure, but you're talking about the old February, that one is long dead, and buried...

Well someone could have let me know that, I'm always the last to know!
Ah, January! The month is full of promise - a New Year, a fresh start, 365 days to begin anew....

It's also the darkest, coldest month -well at least in the northern hemisphere!

The garnet is the birthstone for those born in January. See? http://www.americangemsociety.org/january-birthstone

And January holds two very important dates to me but I'll never tell because they are secret dates - a girl's gotta have some ;-p
Thanks for the giveaway! (and thanks to jjsimp for part of the prize) Count me in :D Oh yeah, and about January...my mom's birthday is on the 15th, the same day as MLK's. Two great reasons two celebrate :3
I'm in!

Funny thing about January it's always the first month of the year (at least for the Gregorian calendar).

You did say anything about January.....
Count me in, thanks.
January's birthstone is the garnet.
Thanks DeMignon and jjsimp for the giveaway! I'm in.

January is my anniversary here :). And 1st of January is national holiday in Czech, so you have one day to get out of new year's hangover.
I'm in.

January is the start of the year when all debts must be paid in full otherwise you get bad luck.
Not in but +1

thanks jjsimp, thanks DeMignon! Count me in. January is the big revenue month for gyms.
I'd like to enter, please. Sadly, I don't know terribly many facts about months. I know that January is pretty cold. I think my school roof collapsed in January, which made the second half of the school year somewhat odd as the whole middle of the school was blocked off, the library was now a tiny little room 1/5th the size of the actual library, and until like, April, any time it snowed or rained too hard school would get cancelled, just in case.
