I need your help to decide which one of these mouses are best CM sentinel or ROCCAT kone? Also tell me which headset is best, my favorites so far are Creative HS-1100 Tournament Gaming, Roccat Kave and Razer Carcharias. I look for comfy headset with great microphone.

About headphones, go for the Razer ones, I'd say. And, see if you have the possibility of getting a Razer mouse. :)

If you want one of the best headsets out there, get the Astro A40 with mixamp.
Now I warn you it's not cheap (~$250) but it is wonderful. I wouldn't want to game without mine.

I've had good experiences with the Logitech ClearChat Comfort headset, the usb plug is oddly long but it certainly does the job well.

Also take a look at SteelSeries products, like Ikari laser mouse and 5H V2 headset.

Kavazov Almost every Razer mouse looks nice to me expect Mamba due to her price.
Sielle I check every store where I live (ok only the major ones) . But I couldnt find that headset to check it out.
Aliasalpha that headset looks neat but I was hoping for something more expensive (I am in that way of thinking the more cost the better quality :))
Jupa so far I am more in favor of Sentinel but how can I recognize the version if the store have only little explanation about product?

They may be mail order only. But if you're willing to take the risk they're well worth it. Just be sure to get the system with mixamp and not just the headphones. Also you'll want to make sure you have an optical port (Preferably TOSLink) on your computer. Usually just an issue with laptops.
