shadowrgog: The more you know. Thank you. I never even attempted to using the mode since I never installed
this to use in the way of downloading. I saw the perks but in the end decided to just manage it myself since I didn't want an app to get in the way of downloading the game. Like I said, I just clicked install while it was always off by default and it hasn't been a bad experience yet. That was what I was suggesting.
DyNaer: I understand your point, when the downloader was less stable i refused to use it, but now, it's better than using the browser, because my download speed isn't very good, so some files could take a very long time to be downloaded, and if a download stops , that's too bad... (sure i got couple of downloads which failed with the downloader but its a major improvment vs the browser.)
Interesting experience. I respect that and I certainly would do the same if my wait times were troublesome while downloading. Don't get me wrong, the Downloader could very well be a faster way then just using my browser. I never used it so I don't know if it is. At the moment, my wait times are tolerable enough to not wishing to explore the Downloader for hopefully faster results for the time being. However, when wait times are intolerable and download completion rates are unreliable, your experience will be something to keep in mind to motivate me to try the Downloader as way to enrichen the experience. So far I am following the 'don't fix what isn't broken approach' to downloading games by not using the Downloader at this time.
