So I was looking through a cupboard and there they were. A mess of Pokemon Cards. All in great condition (apart from two which were a little squished), and including some pretty damn amazing cards. I can't for the life of me remember where they came from, but somehow I managed to grab some amazing cards.

Included in the stack are two versions of Mewtwo, one shiny, one not and a Mew. There are also several Dark cards including a Dark Dragonite. There is one Japanese Eevee, a shiny Lapras and some other shiny cards.

Given that it's a mess of cards rather than a set, would anyone here know how much I could be looking to get for it all? Or some of it. I reckon the Mew and Mewtwos should go for quite a bit on their own.

So. Verdicts?

Id say to check ebay or see if there are any of these collector type shops near you.

I will trade you a half eaten sandwich and a David Byrne for your cards.

not much i gave away my collection for free, the cards are basically paper now, they lost their value ever since kids moved on to cod black ops,ben crappy 10 and Justin bieber :X i think you may have to force those cards on someone to get rid of them

Sell individually on eBay and Craigslist or you'll get ripped off. Anything you still have left after 2 months is trash (assuming you're not overpricing them) find a nice neighborhood nerd kid and hand him the rest of the cards.

I was thinking individually, the shiny Mewtwo is going for £2 on ebay on its own, so I guess the other special cards I have would go for about the same if this was a perfect world...

Well, assuming that I was able to sell a Yu-Gi-Oh! Card for around $195, and those are cards you found from when I was about 7, quite a bit if you can find someone who will pay for that.
