I've heard a few goggers talk about it so I figure someone here might be able to help me. I downloaded the installer and as soon as it boots I get the error message (Initialization failed. Aborting. Error code -42) I bought the game from Gamersgate if that helps. Does anyone know what I can do about it?
By "as soon as it boots", do you mean the installer starting or the game?

Btw, since you bought the game on GG, you could also try posting the issue in the Game Tutor. Not sure if it helps, but it won't hurt either.
Oh, I thought you were going to discuss ow good it was... -_-

The installer, I just tried that thanks. I didn't notice the Game Tutor thing, all I did there before was make a support ticket which I'm sure how GG's support service so lets how long they take to get back to me.

I'll make sure to do that after I play it since I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy it.

I also got Fortune Summoners from GG and it works just fine.

Btw, does anyone know why it says "Other DRM" on the GamersGate version? Is there some kind of activation? What about the version from WadjetEye Games - is it DRM-free

EDIT: Ah, seems like it has offline activation via some kind of 'shareware' key that turns a trial version into the full game? Is that correct?

Yes.
