After 583 days, I finally bought my first game on gog.com: Descent 1&2. I was in a mood for some nostalgia after years of really bad modern games with poor support. :-)
How on earth did it take you that long to realize that GOG is the answer to all your gaming needs? ;-)

Perhaps he's shy, unemployed [i know that part too well, so many gogs, so little money] or a repressed retro geek, who was hiding he's deep affection for old games, in fear of what others might say. It's like a retro coming out.;P
What amazed me most is the exact number of days, kinda savantish.;)
Great choice javajeff! Welcome to GOGers UnAnonymous. Stand upright, proud and yell "GOGUA!".:)

I have been tied up with Civ IV, Colonization, Company of Heroes, Sins of a Solar Empire, Rise of Nations, and my Steam Source games. There is only so much time in the day. I admit that many modern games are not as fun, but there are some good ones too. What got me thinking the most about gog.com is that I am thinking about getting a netbook, and they are perfect for old games.

Wow.. I didn't realise there was a 12 step program for gamers of yore. My hat goes off to you, welcome to officially being off the wagon.
Bartender, get this man a drink!
I haven't downloaded a GOG game since June 2009. Also, 600 days today.

600 days to me as well. Also, I downloaded a new GoG last week.
I downloaded Blood last week as well.
I can see how this can be addicting. I am having a blast playing Descent again.
