Just felt like bumping this.. and adding an interesting little tidbit of information.

I don't know who all is aware, but Mercedes Lackey is a gamer, tabletop and video games. Including she is an avid City of Heroes player (.. and very active in the fight to save it)...
The book included in this bundle is based (loosely) on City of Heroes experiences she had, as are the rest of the books in that series.
5 more web comics books added to more then average:

"We've just added five amazing webcomic collections to our latest bundle! This includes awesome works from Penny Arcade including Attack of the Bacon Robots and Epic Legends of the Magic Sword Kings; two volumes from Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal including Save Yourself, Mammal! and The Most Dangerous Game; and intelligent humor extravaganza xkcd: volume 0!"

Hm. XKCD is the only one I'm really interested in here, and it seems like this bundle is the only way to get an ebook version. On the other hand, print is only $6 more, and print is awesome.
XKCD and Penny Arcade?

HypersomniacLive: - Little Brother (Cory Doctorow)
Would you know if this is a "fully licensed" (or whatever the equivalent is for books) edition, or the same ad-filled, coverless one available for free on his web site? Being him, I strongly suspect the former, but I'd like to be sure.

Sorry Maighstir, I haven't decided yet if I'm going to get this, so don't know.
May I suggest contacting HIB about it?
Oh, don't tempt me with even more books xD

kalirion: On a related note, can anybody recommend a good eBook reader for the PC?
On Windows: Foxit.
On Linux: Evince.
The notification arrived in my mailbox today and it actually contains a book I've been interested in - Boneshaker by Cherie Priest.

I will probably wait a couple of days to see what else they will offer and purchase it.
Great bundle, pay more than average and read The Last Unicorn, definitely goes to top tier of my book list.
humble couldn't find any devs willing to flog their games for 1 buck this week? hehe
Nice bundle, actually. A bit disappointing that they couldn't squeeze in all of Cordelia's Honor, but still a classic right there. Both Spin and Boneshaker met with good reception. Read Spin, and it was enjoyable enough, but I never felt the need to read the sequels (though it might have more to do with the brief description I got of them than any failing of the first book). Which, come to think of it, makes it an even better deal :P
