Fictionvision: "Turns out Waking Mars doesn't have a Steam key. Yet. They'll add them when the game is greenlit. "
... gah, why are you quoting what I said over there!?
Well, paid $2.50 for Splice and Waking Mars, though I wasn't particularly interested in either. I'm a sucker.
Oh baby. Only games I didn't have in the bundle are Splice and Waking Mars, so I didn't BTA this time. Always nice to get more games for my tablet though.
and the only games I don't have is Splice and Waking Mars... and I do not have an Android device...

might get it for Waking Mars on PC though

OmegaX: I disliked Sword & Sworcery but didn't the devs said it would never be on Android?
They did say that, yes. Apparently they changed their minds, or the HIB folks changed it for them. FWIW, it was designed for touchscreens and is a better experience on a phone/tablet than on a PC... but I still think it's kinda rubbish.
Waking Mars looks interesting, might grab it just for that.

You know, it's got to the point where I'm not certain what games I have and don't. I'm pretty sure I picked up Machinarium somewhere, though I can't seem to find it in my HD. Did I never download it? That's a bit weird for me, maybe I don't have it then. Not really willing to pay above average for it either way.

I generally check Indie Game Bundle Wiki now before I buy bundles to see what a game has been in before. Even with that I got it wrong once, but that was just a single game I got for a dollar atleast.

Check any accounts you have:
Humble (it was in botanicula bundle, and a couple early Humbles)
GOG
Desura
Steam
etc

I gave up after noticing that many of the "puzzles" required tapping random parts of the screen in a specific order without any rational clue about what was the correct one. I agree that the combat would have been better with a touch screen or at least if they had mapped attack to LMB and defend to RMB. Clicking on the on-screen buttons was just a plain stupid way to do it with a mouse.

I think the keyboard can be used for attack/defend as well.
got an android phone a month ago so good way to get some games for it

That would have useful to know before I uninstalled it =/
Anyway, the stupid tapping puzzles were more of a deal breaker to me.
First I thought "Beat the average? But I have Machinarium already on GOG...", but didn't realize this includes the Android version. So yeah.

Is this the first time there is a game included in HiB that does not contain a Steam key, at least not yet? (Waking Mars, apparently it is currently in Steam Greenlight process). Nice to know that they are not totally clinging to Steam then. Maybe that's why they are setting up a digital store of their own anyway. :)

Hmm. Not sure if want.

Has Machinarium been in every bundle ever? Seems like it. That game has been devalued more than an MC Hammer CD.
