Hey I bought my gf Theme Hospital and we're trying to get it set up on her Mac Book if possible. After some light research Boxer was suggested but it seems it only accepts disc images, not exes. How should I proceed here? Use another programme or create an iso for boxer to work with? What's the best free iso maker for Mac?

I've used PowerISO on WIndows and it worked great so I am sure their Mac version will work just as well.

First you have to check that gog version is really dos version and not the windows one. If it is dos version you have to run .exe installer in crossover, virtual machine or wine. When you have installed its somewhere drag the game dir into boxer and it will do the rest.

Thanks uulav. I actually managed to figure it out myself though. Installed the game into a Wineskin wrapper, then went into the wrapper and dumped the files out. Then dragged the Theme Hospital folder into Boxer. Seems to work perfectly.

Glad you know you got it working ok - saved me a few bucks buying it to make sure it worked with Boxer.

For what it's worth, the next version of Boxer will give you more guidance about how to import DOS games that are wrapped in Windows installers (like GOG's games), with instructions to do pretty much what you just did.
