How to rate game without writing a review?
Bauldur's Gate II has 7221, and only 202 reviews.
I clicked in the stars and nothing happens.

Try clicking on the stars in the review section.

Strange that I can keep changing the amount of stars, and no messages confirming that I sent my rating.

There's no confirmation but proof that your vote has been registered can be found in the fact that next time you visit the gamecard "my rating" will still have the same amount of stars as the last time you clicked on it. It only takes a while before the average rating and the number of votes it is based on is updated.
