Specifically zip and rar. I know they have built in integrity checks and tell if they're corrupted when you try and extract them, but is there a quicker way of checking a large number of ZIPs or RARs?

If you look at the directory containing the files in Winrar, you can select multiple files, right click and select "Test archived files". Alternatively use Alt-T or the Test button (if enabled). And yes, you can test Rar and Zip files in the same operation.

How did I miss that? Thanks!
WinRAR is pretty ace for RAR files and even has a repair function that can sometimes rescue corrupted archives.
