I think Gamesworkshop actually own Chaos League now and with cyanide actually making the blood bowl computer game for them I don't expect they would release Chaos League game anytime soon.

Old is really something that we should think about. CMR 2005 is on GOG, and it's not old, and it's definitely not good (that's personal, but whatever). I think that this whole good and old thing should be passed on to the community to talk about. I do think that CMR 2005 is not really a GOG game.

CMR 2005 is not even the newest game on the site. Currently Darkstar One is. As I have said before (and I'm sure I'll say again) if a game is old enough to be on the discount rack in my local software store, then it is old enough for GOG, as long as it is actually a good game.

Maybe they should change the name to "Cheap Games, Some of Which are Old and/or Good".

Yup, DSO is newer by about a month (Sensible Soccer came out in June 2006, DSO in August 2006).

But usually the games on the discount rack are never good (Soldier of Fortune III, anyone?). I think that the games that you can find on eBay with high bidders usually are the good (and old) games. Weird theory, but that's me.

As for me, i think any game older than 12 months is fair game. 12 months is an eternity in video game terms, and games are often off the shelves in 6 months.
