I am wondering what your average might be for purchasing games here on gog?
I do not see a way to create a Poll so this will be post by post.
I am hoping to purchase one game about once a month.
Of course that will depend on the number of games they keep adding to their "Games Catalogue." I hope I can keep up with one a month as I honestly try to use my Credit Card as little as possible.
I have finally said goodbye to the likes of EA, and Stardock and others that either have restrictive DRMs or force users to install their Download Manager to use games you have bought.
I really like having the file sit on my HD and install or uninstall it as often as "I" would like with no DRM or other software to concern myself with.
So how often do you plan of purchasing from gog?

the smart arsed answer would be, "as often as they put games that look good to me up for sale..."
but if my experience with steam is anything to go by, probably a lot more frequently than that.
Well, for Top Games like Mercenaries 2 and Spore, i do a preorder, for other stuff i do more impulse buying, for my Import stuff i do whenever i find something interesting, but my Gamestoremanager says i should buy some more at his shop : )
Probably 4 or 5 games a month, in bulk. Then play them near to death, and slam out a quick review for them if I think it's a nice title or one that's particularly interesting.
I will buy a game every time I see one that I like and don't have, regardless of how frequent this is. I fully intend to end up with a "collection" of GOG games and I'm not hesitant to do so simply because of the high quality and low price of the product.
You don't get a free lunch, but GOG is as close as it gets IMHO.
Well, I will get two this month (Fallout 1 and 2) and then... I don't know. As soon as another title catches my interest, or I have time to play other things... games like Fallout are VERY time consuming, so... yeah
I'll probably pick up at least one a month. Depending on how fast I get through that though I might have to get more!
Probably around a couple a' month for me two... but it does get rather seasonal. Sometimes I go to the store and the only good stuff I see there is being sold in a "classic" or "gold" edition, and most of those times I already own the stuff... come to think of it, that's a little sad :P
When I have the time and money, so probably one or two every couple of months. I'm sure as hell going to check here for a game before heading out to the store to fumble through their bargain bins.

I would say about 1 per month, small internet download caps the main issue (Grrr!). Though, that is more what I would set myself to play through, so I can still have a little bit of a social life :}
In honesty though, I'll probably grab one I like as soon as I come across it, seeing as I can install it at a later date. Thus, between 1 and whatever my budget allows for the week.
As often as my self control allows me :P
I grabbed Fallout last night. I have it on a CD sitting here, but encountered some graphical glitching under Vista. So I bought it from GoG just to see if it had the issue too.... it doesn't!
Honestly, I don't know anyone that buys games to a schedule. So the question itself is kind of nonsensical :)
Once or twice a week, because I get an extra $10 or so on Sundays.
i'll purchase games as often as games i am interested in come out.
For me it's not the matter of "how often" but of "what games".
If they release: Blake Stone, Blood, Civilization, Heretic, Hexen, Neverhood - I will buy them at once.
If there's no game I'm interested in - I'll wait.

That's with what I have to agree. :)
