As much as I love GOG, and have bought quite a few games from them (about 45 or so), I really don't spend much time on these forums.

It's not that I don't want to, but honestly, I just can't get past the aesthetics of it (in fact it almost even gives me a headache).

I would love to see GOG make a few changes that I think would help a lot.

First of all make it roomier. It always feels so crowded. For some reason it seems like they want to crowd as much as possible in as little space as possible. Is there a reason why they use such small fonts and spacing? A larger, roomier forum would make it much easier to browse around.

Add categories. Right now everything is just kind of thrown in together. A few sub-categories would help a great deal in both finding and posting information.

Use a better color scheme. Really white on grey?.

GOG has done some great things with it's site, and I look forward to seeing what else they do in the future, but until they put some work into the forum section, I just can't spend much time here.

What do you think? Do you like these forums the way they are? or would you like to see something else?
What ideas would you like to see for these forums.

I should add that I have never taken the time to look around to see if you can manually make some adjustments (like size and color), I'm just using the default settings that I first get when I log on.
I tried the white color scheme once, it hurt my eyes.
I love the look of forums so I am strongly against changing it. (The white on grey one) On the other hand I agree about sub-sections and making the general discussion less crowded.
A clean and simple Metro look would be great!
