If you like Heroes of Might and Magic, try Eador: Genesis! Not only is it awesome, it also has hotseat multiplayer!
Note: Many people think that this game is quite difficult, I certainly did. If you have any problems check out the GOG Eador forum for some tips. Also Expert is the "normal" difficulty that the game is balanced to, but you might want to start with a lower difficulty.
