Anyone know if one can do the same thing with a STEAM code here that wpegg just did with the GOG code??

I see an active thread as we speak describing folks getting banned from STEAM, so was just wondering if doing something like this with a STEAM code is a no no in their minds?

Anyone know??

Yes.... there's a reason I'm asking....
I wish it were possible. It would make my underground idea a viable option. As far as I know, you can't just acquire a steam code by paying for it. You can only gift between friends on your account.

Heh, actually, I'm a bit responsible for that, as I gave the code to him without any context, and urged him to make haste. My apologies.

Though, rest assuredly that he is appreciative in this instance of gratuitous dispensement of merchandise. ;>

The codes will keep coming as long as there are loyal GOGgers wanting the game. My fear is that they are being traded.

That would be lame. Because you are giving them away to someone who wants to play them or intend to play the game in the future. Stacking on codes to give away it's wrong as it is wrong to grab codes and not have the decency to say a simple thanks.
