I would start with Baldur's Gate (with some mods). ^^
For me, I like to have a lot of pots simmering at once. I'd have ToEE and BG1+2 going at all times. Just a nice, easy-going play-through.

I'd have Heroes of M&M up like that, too.

The rest of them would turn into my Saturday game. I'd spend 3 or 4 hours just trying to beat it. I'd personally start with ones I haven't played, so I'd personally start with Sacrfice, then move to Tomb Raider, then Deus Ex, then Wizardry 8.

The rest of them I'd keep in my library for those times I'm itching to play them.

There's two cents worth.

And also, my ancestors are from France. Bonjour!
Your game shelf is broken: no Independence War (either one) on there.

And that's the game you should play first - pick one of those two. Barring that, I'm finding Deus Ex to be a really great game on my first playthrough. Now I understand all of the hype.
I will play them all at once if possible... well, at least start with fantasy and then going into sci-fi.
Depends on the kind of game you like. If you want to start with action and high pacing, Tomb Raider's your start.
Thanks for all your answers guys. I think I will just choose the one with the more votes tomorrow. :)
Depends on your mood. If you're willing and able to give the game your focus then Planescape is a very good choice. If you're not feeling so patient then I'd go with Deus Ex.

F1ach: Planescape and or Baldurs Gate 2, NWN (either), Wiz 8, Tomb Raider, Deus Ex.
Preferably simultaneously.
