I know I'm going to feel quite silly as soon as I hear the name but I can't quite put my finger on it:

I'm looking for a short flash game that could be described as puzzle platformer and that was most probably featured on the IndieGames blog at one time. The visual style was a bit like Limbo or NightSky, kind of like a shadow theater, if you get my meaning, just black sprites and objects and ornaments and a unicolored background. The goal was always to reach a door and you had to solve one screen at a time, but when you left the screen on one of the four sides, there would be a flash and you would enter it on the opposite side again, as if you were teleported. I'm also quite sure that the name of the game was just one word that somehow referred to this teleporting feature.

You could also gain special powers that lasted for one screen only, if you managed to reach the according pickup items, like jumping higher than usual, being invincible etc. There were spike traps and enemies who looked just like the hero, only inverse, and you could jump on their head to defeat them, but some of them had spikes on top of their head.

The name was not "Portal" or "Ported", but it must have been something along these lines. Any idea? If you don't think you know it, you could also suggest English words that might describe it, synonyms of being teleported or what have you. ;)

Too hard? Did I finally find a game the GOG community has absolutely no clue about? ;)

(Ok, it's just a flash game but I thought someone might have played it nevertheless ...)
Exit Path perhaps?

No, that's not it, but a very good guess nevertheless! :)

I'm pretty sure the title was just one word, and the game had a lower resolution or in any case bigger sprites and smaller screens. I mainly remember a green background, but I think it might have alternated between levels.

The green background helped, I'm guessing its Warp. (Link to jayisgames.com, original site appears to have disappeared)

Yes, that's it! Awesome, thanks! My faith in the GOG community is restored. :)
