god dam it. i even never entered any numbers of my credit card or something. i even have no credit card or so. If its a joke it is not funny. how dumb it can be to unsubscribe preorder. what i need to do?

Email GOG support and ask them to cancel the preorder, maybe?

You can't. But as was said you don't actually have to pay when the time comes. It's not binding.

When the game is released, GOG will simply ask if you want to pay to unlock the game. You don't have to at all and can ignore it.

Or buy a gun, plenty of bullets, and plant a distraction next to some explosives (a fake System Shock 2 selling rights contract will work best) for when the GOG repo team arrives.

Thing is, it ISN'T really a "preorder" button, it's a "I want these free goodies" button. Clicking it and accepting the free goodies doesn't oblige you to anything.
