I am wondering why Norton tells me this every time I start Desura, and should I worry.

Probably a false positive based upon behavior. From the look of it that DLL is being flagged as a suspicious cloud, which isn't a particular malware type that I've ever heard of. Some types of apps are regularly being flagged. Emulators often get flagged as key loggers because the behavior is similar to how keyloggers sniff out keystrokes.
Ahh thank you! I suspected it was nothing serious but I prefer to have A second opinion or even 3rd opinion before I tell my Virus scanner to relax on said program. Thanks for the quick reply

You could try checking with several other virus scanners to see if they respond as well, if it really concerns you. You can get a free scanner from AVG, and try a program like TFC to see if it catches something. You could also try re-instillation or updating if possible. But as Hedwards has stated, it may be a false positive, especially if this is a fairly recent event. There has been a history of scanners reacting to iTunes for example. But it is always worth investigating with more than one method.
Maybe I'll try it with my Malwarebytes. I am thinking it is a false positive. But if I was writing a virus program I would write it to make users think it is not what it seems too.
