She said You had to move from room to room and shoot things which would suggest it is a first person shooter similar doom or duke nukem
I'm willing to bet that it's Ken's Labyrinth. By the Ken Silverman that would go on to write the Build engine behind blood. Working water fountains was apparently one of it's major achievements.

Yeah cause I was just looking at moby games and it looks the like looking at gameplay of the first level.

Yeah I would say that's it. not excactly like I remember.

And if that doesn't jog the memory: Lab3D a OpenGL port of Ken's Labyrinth that runs under Windows.
The screenshot came from a DOSbox instance of the original Ken's Labyrinth.

That was one of my favorite DOS games as a kid (along with Blake Stone: Planet Strike, which is available here on GOG). It's aged pretty horribly though.
