Edit : I just come back from there, and Day[9] is just starting something about Magic .... TCG which Felicia Day seems to just have discovered the addictive properties. You should definitely head there, they're currently prone to be 'sollicitated' on that matter.

I stopped caring for the TCGs, because Fantasy Flight Games' Living Card Games have shown that you can make good card games where you can attend to official tournaments without paying hundreds of $ to build a deck which will be later obsolete when the cards rotate out (hello, MtG's Standard format). Not to mention there is no rare chasing, because the distribution is fixed instead of push-yer-luck booster packs.
