Thank you for time. I did not follow your advice, but after reading your post it suddenly downed on me that I should reset catalogs / stack, which I did.

netsh winsock reset catalog / netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log / netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

And everything seems to be in good order now.
Strange how these things happen without you even lifting a finger.

Excellent! Glad you resolved it! :) It sounded like a problem I resolved a while ago with MTU so I tried that path ;)
