So, I have been playing Fallout: New Vegas. This extremely weird glitch showed up where, although I am not injured or overburdened, my character moves at a speed that dictates that I am. Weirder still is that I can still jump, and at the end of my jump comes a brief period in which my character will move at a normal speed. Could anyone tell me how to fix this?
Sticky shift (walk slowly) key?

Smannesman: Sticky shift (walk slowly) key?
My gosh, I think it is! How do I turn it off?
Never mind, I got it. Thanks!

Something that I usually do to check, and what I've told a lot of people back when I still had a job, simply mash the triangle of Shift-CTRL-Alt a bunch of times and that will almost always fix the sticky keys issue.
You could also rebind the key in the settings to something else, I almost never used it and I've done three playthroughs.

I'm not saying it is the issue, but it's always good to exclude something.

Edit: guess I was too late, but it's always good when someone fixes a problem.
