As I remember it only covers existing countries recognised by both NATO and the Warsaw Pact.

Therefore new countries dint really count - IF you have the rmy to back you of course. O__________O

Well, I wanna see Southern Sudan attempt to claim Antarctica. Gonna make a wild guess here and say they will utterly fail. xD
