Don't know if anyone's heard about this, but I caught wind from an article on Ars Technica of an amazing new indie mech-themed FPS called Hawken. I thought it was interesting that the cockpit UI reminded me of Shattered Steel.

I came across it a few weeks back when I was looking for Steel Battalion info, but couldn't remember the game's name so I just searched for "a mech game" around the internet.

It certainly looks promising and I'm most likely going to grab it (as long as there is a PC release). I do love me some mech.

Does it look great? Yep.

Too bad it's multiplayer only.

They've said SP is a possibility..just depends on how well it sells initially.

Well, with no SP option, it certainly won't sell well to me.
