WTF: So are they still DDOSing them or they just can't get their shit together?
There seems to be some daily downtime around the same time of day, so unless the hackers are on a schedule I'm going to say Valve is having some issues

Appears as this is becoming a more consistent thing lately.

Though I am more surprised that gaming news sites have not made any mention of this as with any other digital client that even goes for scheduled maintenance they are quick to report and act like it is a dis-service to the community.

Probably since offline is more stable now, and people generally do not even notice it unless they try to buy a game or something similar.
