Fear - awesome and scary at the same time. Very immersive.
Extraction Point - damn, shit just got real. This is way better than the original.

Perseus Mandate - "what was the point of this again?" and I stopped playing the series when I learned what Fear 2 features.
If you enjoy the mix of a decent shooter, intriguing story and psychological horror then absolutely!
Well it was kind of nice and the AI was somewhat decent, but to be honest I got tremendously broed with it half way through anfd stopped playin. I also found that the horror parts and the shooter parts did not really fit very well.

Bit different for me. I liked F.E.A.R. when it came out. bought Extraction point some time after it's release, made it maybe 33% into the expansion before getting so bored with it I uninstalled it again. There was just something that really didn't agree with me in it. It had some nice setpieces for fights, but for some reason the controls and game just felt wrong to play.

TheCowSaysMoo: I played it in the dark after ten coffees. needless to say, pants were soiled.
Yeah, FEAR is good fun and best played alone at 2AM with the lights off. I own FEAR2 and all the expansions as part of a Steam sale but I haven't been as impressed as I was with the original game.
