It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Either the page times out after loading for a while or I'm hit with a dozen long running scripts that are causing the web page to hang. Very annoying. Anyone else having this issue today?
It seems to work for me on Firefox. It does take a few seconds to load everything though. What browser are you using? Maybe it isn't compatible with their scripts.
It did take a few seconds longer than it used to. Perhaps they changed something.

Well, I actually tried both Firefox and IE, and the webpage acts goofy on both of them. Maybe I'll try again.
The library page is slow as fuck, and has been for ages. It does seem to be getting progressively worse, though. At a guess I'd say that they implemented their site, database and general IT infrastructure in a way that was sufficient for their needs at the beginning, but which doesn't scale well. As time goes on and they get more and more customers, each of whom gets more and more games in their library, the system starts to buckle under the pressure.

Most likely it's the database that's the major culprit. Optimizing it (a lot) should be very possible, but database optimization is akin to rocket science. It's not something most normal software developers are capable of, at least not capable enough to matter much.

From what I know, they have been working on things.

Some of my bundle links gave "500 errors" a couple days ago, then my weekly bundles disappeared from my profile page.

It seems OK now though. (other than slow to load)

Yeah, it's been laggy for a few days.

They are redesigning it, apparently. At least weekly sales have been removed from bundles and placed to other purchases. And they seem to list games which have been bought with the same email address in a box on the top of the page now, giving a convenient (but a risky, in case of misclicking...) way to claim those.
