It's pretty simple: you know there are going to be a crowd of fans that are going to act the way they do. Solution: avoid going when that crowd is there. You can whine and rail against it all you want and go off on some 'bad parenting' tangent that has nothing to do with the subject at hand. But the fact is, the theaters are counting on and expecting these types of crowds. Deal with it.
And yes, if you go to the box office and tell them you want your money back because the current crowd of rowdy fans makes it impossible to enjoy the film, you'll get your money back.
