Valve doesn't need to make games, ever. Financially they can sit on top of Steam profits for the rest of time.
Corporations will never pass up even more cash. After Half Life 3, parts 4...15 will be published as well.
Well if any company hasn't milk its series then I would say it's valve. IF you look at ubi, EA and activision. Even if they do make a sequel, they still keep things fresh. Hate or love Steam but Valve has made some innovative pc titles.
