I just got a response and the keys are now in my account for both bundles. Meanwhile the developer was so nice yesterday that he just gave a copy out of the blue as an apology for the delay. So now I have 3 keys, I guess.

Some developers are quite friendly. I once got a named DRM-free copy of a game when I wasn't able to get my bought version to run because of DRM and F-Secure not being able to talk.

Still not got my second key... I guess they must be fixing it on a case by case basis when people complain. I'm not sure I'm bothered enough to claim. Sure I technically bought the game twice but it was a bonus both times so I don't really feel I'm owed a second copy to give away.

I finally redeemed the Train Simulator 2013 key, and got... Train Simulator 2014.
It looks like they removed 2013 from Steam and are pushing 2014 now instead.
