I think the use of a small downloader (they use
getright) is a smart move, because now you can easily stop and restart the download. Downloading the first bundle was really a mess, because for many times the site was down and you couldn't start downloading the games. Now you only need the downloaders and don't need to login the webpage.
The main problem is still the same - really bad server management. They need better servers and especially management. With first person shooters in the bundle they knew they have big games with multiple gigabytes to download, such a high server demand shouldn't be really a surprise for them. Again the lesson seems that it's always better to wait after the first waves and buy the bundle when the big run is over and server capacities are improved.
Edit: For me this means I will wait downloading the games. I'm not in the urge to play the games, but I can totally understand when someone is really upset about the situation and I also would expect working downloads from the start. I can understand when someone is new in the business and there are some problems, but they already did a bundle and knew about the server problems.
