Not sure, was there ever an actual release date? The game's apparently been out in Italy for months now, and they've been mostly stalled by the localization. I doubt they'd give a specific date if they weren't sure this time, but who knows, fingers crossed I suppose.

Wow, I thought it was dead, glad to hear this is still going and they have a (tentative?) release date for Act 2.

YAY - been waiting to play #1 until #2 came out - I loathe cliffhangers and usually like to play all of a series in one fell swoop (but that didn't stop me from playing The Dream Machine or KY. Rte. 0 ;-p)

You might have to wait a little longer then, since the series is supposed to be comprised of 4 acts ;)
They also are (were?) planning an engine upgrade for Act III, possibly also updating the first two for consistency.

Is that still in the cards?

Yeah, gee, in the past we did some overly-optmistic announcements about when the game english version would have been published (italian version was released a year ago), but this is the first time we have an official release date.

About Act III: yes, the plan is to change our engine and to be more efficient in releasing Act IV too (of course, the sells of Act II are crucial for us and will decide if episode I-II will be ported to the new engine too). It might take a while to see Act III and IV, but Act II closes one of the main storylines, so it's ok to consider Act1+2 as, you know, a LOTR/Star Wars episode, and playing them now, without waiting for the second half of the series.

I already own both acts from the Bundle-in-a-Box bundle but Steam would be good as it should help raise more sales. Voted on Greenlight even though I did not start playing the first act.

I was a bit worried that the series would end as there was not a lot of news about Act 2 (I think I learned on these forums that Act 2 was already released in Italian a long time ago). Glad everything is still fine.
