Heh, there should be a general (particular, indeed) definition of "retrogaming" (the "good old" stuff) to which the store should comply....
like a retrogaming biill of rights?
How about this as an item: 'No matter how old, shovelware is not a retro game, it's just dried up old shit'
I personally am welcome to any game coming to GOG.com, whether it be new or old, a sale is a sale my friend, and if it fits the business model, like $5.99 or $9.99, DRM free, and has additional materials like soundtracks for free, then hell yes, I'm for it!

I'm with you on that one WeClock... I'm thankful for any game... if I don't like it, I'll leave it.
Having said that, it might be a good idea to create a sister site for more recent games, but right now the catalog is not big enough to split it.
Sorry for the thread, I should have guessed that this subject has already been discussed.
So, again, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love what GOG is doing, and I appreciate all the efforts they make.
It's true that a no-disc, DRM-free version of a recent game worth the buy, I'm always yelling against systems as Steam, and even against the internet authentifications and validations on physical versions...
The fact is that's just a little surprising to see a 2006 game appearing on a site based on "good old games" spirit, but I guess even CDProjekt were not planning to sell recent games when they first had the idea of GOG.
But if it can give success to GOG and, I don't know, open some doors to them (hello LucasArts, do you hear us?... hum... just dreaming...), well, keep it up!
It's just sad to see how difficult it can become when "legal" and "distribution" are associated. The contrary is so easy (see all the "abandonware" and "not-so-abandonware" sites), when will the rights-owners understand that?...
