My New Vegas playthrough is coming to an end and I don't feel like parting with the game yet (all that's left is pretty 'meh' Honest Hearts add-on and all that I can do from there is to pick a faction and end the war). Can anybody recommend me some good mods that add new quests and substories?
For now, I have:
- All official add-ons (pretty good Dead Money, really great Old World Blues and Lonesome Road and 'meh' Honest Hearts).
- Dog City Denver (nice area work, poor story implementation and writing, the mod feels like Doom - kill guy, pick his key, kill another guy, so on).
- Beyond the Boulder Dome - so far, pretty nice but also - pretty different from the core game).
- Nice little thing that lets me leave Brotherhood alive in House questline.
So, anything worth checking out? :)

I've no idea myself as on my first playthrough I didnt even finish all the dlc before the main quest, so decided a second playthrough on hardcore mode was required.
I'll be watching though
I don't recall there being a lot of good story mods for FNV, there is still Project Brazil but that's a total conversion.
The only other ones I can think of are the New Vegas Bounties I & II mods, but those don't really have a story beyond pointing out who to shoot.
It's been a while since I last played FONV. This is the only quest mod I remember playing:
The New Bison Steve Hotel and Lucky Casino
This one is quite good and works very well and unobstrusive within the game world: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/37310/?

Nice dialogs and it´s simply fun ;)
I use 2 mods for New Vegas, JSawyer - the personal mod of Josh Sawyer the lead designer on FNV, basically it's a tweaking and rebalancing mod. And I use Mission Mojave, which is a big community effort all-in-one bug-fixing mod.

I think those two mods are essential for the vanilla experience, so you should check compatibility for those two mods whenever you're thinking about adding anything more.
Thanks everybody!
Bounties I and II were already on my radar, along with same author's The Inheritance. Guess I'll give them a try.
Brazil goes as a dessert (as it's a separate story :))
Keep them coming :)
