AdiJager: Freespace 2. If i remember correctly this game was the reason for creating this site.

Roman5: Fallout

It was the biggest "must have" title on GOG when it first came out from what I remember, for a long time
These two get my vote for "flagship titles", with the series Fallout edging the Freespace games. Descent gets an honorable mention.

Buuuut, can't ignore how big of a new-customer draw GOG got with the D&D titles.
I guess as far as flagship, that would mean the most popular / most recognized / best selling. And not to insult any of the games, but I imagine that those qualify the Fallout series, Ultima Series and Might And Magic series better than the others.

Navagon: Planescape is probably their crowning achievement so far simply because it was such a bitch for them to secure the rights to that game. That and it's a good game too.

Naturally when they get Syndicate it's goodbye Mr Nameless and hello nameless clones.
IMHO PT and BG2
What games does GOG advertise/display on its banners and ads to attract new customers? I haven't seen much GOG advertising, but I've read that it's out there. Might be an indication of what GOG considers "flagship titles".
fact of the day - The people who say anything besides Planescape Torment are not only wrong, but clinically insane

Runehamster: So everyone at Steam has head crabs?

Miaghstir: I'm pretty sure he means they're running around with crowbars all day long, what with the rate at which they're cranking out Half-Life sequels.
This made me laugh. NICE!

Filter out the stuff that is or has been free at some point, and the answer is Fallout.

Length of time available here on GOG might be a factor, tho.

That aside, our top 21* at present are:

* 21 instead of 20 bcuz Divine Divinity popularity might be skewed; twas offered as a possible freebie w/purchase of TW2 iirc
