The big day is approaching and everyone is counting hours, minutes and seconds when the GOG staff members will appear in the spotlight! Believe us, we're all excited about this as well, but first things first. Let us give you some details, so everyone knows who, what, where and when.

Who? All of you, our dear users, are invited to watch the live streaming of the CDP Days 2011 Spring Conference.
What? The live streaming will include presentations by CD Projekt RED with their awesome game The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, and GOG.com revealing some cool stuff. Both presentations will be in English.
Where? You'll be able to watch both presentations on GOG.com. On Thursday we'll put up a news post with a live stream video window embedded in it for your convenience.
When? The live streaming of CD Projekt RED presentation will start on Thursday, April 14 at 12:00 p.m. EST (that's 4:00 p.m. GMT - that's 9:00 a.m. Los Angeles time, 12:00 p.m. New York, 5:00 p.m. London time or 6:00 p.m. Warsaw time). GOG will hit the stage an hour later at 1:00 p.m. EST (5:00 p.m. GMT).

You may also notice some teaser spots on the front page. These will change during the next three days, so feel free to speculate what's it all about :). See you on Thursday!

DukeNukemForever: Checked Alice on Mobygames. While the colour-sheme fits perfectly, the font style is different. The same goes to Vampire Bloodlines - same colour sheme, but a different font. The only thing that is sure for me is Dungeon Keeper (font colour, text).

xaemar: In the case of Dungeon Keeper, it would also be EA :)
I really hope it for GOG, because otherwise we will see a big rage here on the forum ;-) Everything fits perfectly, especially the font style with the dot inside the o. That can't be a mistake.

And while they done the font thing so well, I don't believe Outlaws is Full Throttle (they used a western style) and this one Alone in the Dark (more block font style) or Alice and Bloodlines (not that paint-style).

They truly enjoy our wild speculations, that's for sure, but as long as we also have fun with it everything is fine. Only if they cheat and there is no chance to find the correct answer, oh oh...
Why not Silent Hill?
- Dark (and you know what dark means in SH)
- Memories (SH2 is all based on a journey in memories)
- Monsters (well, you kill plentyful of them and many aren't as they seem)
it seems all points in that direction....

gibbeynator: I don't think Grim Fandango actually took place in the underworld...
Its the 3 year process to get into the after life if memory serves correct

I came here just to say this. Maybe they'll announce other systems games! That was one of the discussed things a while ago in one of the "what if..." threads GOG had about future endeavours.

Would so love that, however stars and outlaws don't match Silent Hills Theme.

Imho I think they got 2 publishers with various games offered. Also more games from their current publishers. That's one view.

The other is that they got several games from their current publishers and one big game to announce today: The Witcher.

Alas only 4 hours left.
So once they make their big announcement, will one of the games show up today?

No, these announcements are for things to come in 2012.
EA and Bullfrog's back catalogue would be amazing. Probably my favourite games from childhood Populous, Dungeon Keeper, Theme Hospital etc.
We want a countdown!!!!

Agetian: Well, the clues are indeed pretty broad and loose, so they can be applied to many many games. Ultima, even though personally I highly doubt it, can even pass for the description "What game made you dream of the stars?" :) I mean, some early Ultima titles (1, 2, whatever - can't remember...) featured some form of space travel if I recall correctly.

Smannesman: The Ultima: Worlds of Adventure series.
I never played those though.

I'm glad they clearly broke down what the time is by time zone. I'm too lazy to figure it out myself!
