Wow - I am thrilled to see I am not the ONLY PERSON on earth who played and enjoyed Fountain of Dreams :)
I noticed that today I'd be able to vote on the very same games I suggested yesterday. Yesterday I wasn't given the option to vote +1 on my own entries (since my vote was added automatically already) but now it's there. I have no intentions to abuse it, just pointing it out to you; in theory someone could abuse it if they wanted (and weren't afraid to get caught). And it could stir up a little confusion, if someone doesn't remember exactly what they suggested themselves and if tehy already voted on it.

I'm using the same computer as yesterday, btw. Any idea why the wishlist doesn't appear to recognize I'm the same guy who suggested these games?

pH7: If possible, it'd be nice to have the published year, publisher and/or current IP holder [...]

bln: Done, excepted for the IP holder, since I don't want people to get DDoSed for some dumb reason. That page is public ;)
I think by "IP holder" pH7 meant the publisher currently holding the copyright (Intellectual Property), owning the license of the game, not the IP of the user who suggested it. Could be helpful, but I guess a lot of it would just be speculations, as it isn't always clear and easy to find out who owns which old games.

That means that your IP is not static. You will have an opportunity to vote for a game every day, then. Use it according to your own conscience.

I could fix that "bug" if gog has made an API to check if a user is authenticated on a given machine. For the moment, unless I do some illegal reverse-engineering on their Downloader (which could also be seen as an attempt to steal other's GoG passwords, on an untrusted website : that is the reason why I do not have attempted something likely by now), it's impossible to strictly guarantee that everyone can vote only once.
Just a quick note - with Genres it might pay to add "Platform" and "Puzzle".
Specifically I would class Lemmings more of a Puzzle than a Strategy, and when I get around to adding "Flashback" it would lack an apt genre without "Platform"!

I've used the genres from GoG's catalogue... To make it easier for them if they want to get the list. :)

Point taken - I will just have to use that classic catch-all "Action"

*Edit* Someone has beaten me to the punch, so I will just click +1 :)

Edit : Added a true "rank" column and renamed the Rank one into "Votes". Hope it's more clear

7F games so far... :)

Could that be an indication that there's a lack of puzzle games and platformers on GOG, or weren't there a lot of good ones in the past (or not good enough to still pay money for)? I actually like the genres nowadays, especially puzzle games but most that come to my mind are freeware or more recent indie games.

Correct. And, agreed, getting reliable information on who's owning what might be difficult. At the time I was thinking more along the lines of "company XX originally published a game but then XX was bought by company YY later on", in which case both XX and YY would make sense listing.
I like it! Thanks for making this.

I've added a few (glad I'm not the only person who wants Beaavis and Butt-head in Virtual Stupidity.)

But also, it is easy to go through the list and find awesome looking games that I haven't heard of before.
Thank for the new list. My only suggestion would be to add a thumbnail of the cover art or a screen shot next to the game title. Might make looking over the games easier.
"Broken Sword: The Angel of Death" can now be removed from the list. Congratulations to the lucky bastard who wished for it only two days ago. :D
