tomimt: So it was just as I suspected, there's not yet enough meat with the potatoes so to say. The reason of the game not having enough material yet to be accepted in release was always my main contender.
lugum: I am curious about Al Emmo, which version got denied. I seen on desura it got alot of (essential) updates since it came out, maybe now its considered good enough.
Going from Christopher’s post in the Kickstarter comments, it seems to be the latest, updated version that was rejected.

tomimt: I don't know what people at GOG think abut Al Emmo, but personally I hate the game. There's no amount of fixing Himalaya can do to it to make it good in my book. At least not in the realm of reasonable budget for an indie dev.
I liked the game well enough, but then again I also liked Code-Name: ICEMAN, The Orion Conspiracy and Alfred Hitchcock Presents the Final Cut, so…
ShadowWulfe: Well that's a relief(ish) at least. Hopefully this means other game devs that think they were rejected might actually not have been rejected?
(Hint hint:
Redshift) Can you tell that I really want the Quest series here?
That's the thing that gets me, TurnipSlayer says
"We're still in discussions regarding the title", but did AGDi/Himalaya know that? I didn't get that impression, at least. Feels like a failure of communication all around.
