Frankly, I'm happy enough with a C-64 emulator and a GOG's PC offerings. If GOG could do both, I'd be very pleased, as the C-64/Amiga emulator I like acts like spyware.
I could do without Phantasy Star, but the C-64 had a stable of games by giants like Interplay, EPYX, CapCom, EA, SSI, Origin, Activision, and dangit, even Mastertronic.
Two of the best things about the C-64 were the color and the sound. It beat a PC hands-down on both. I know a C-64 is both a PC and a console, but it was more console than PC for many games.

Commodore 64. i still miss mine, and it would be wonderful to play again games like the Gibson sf world of Neuromancer and the addictive little Impossible Mission.
Mac! There are other platforms where you can get SNES, Genesis, N64 games, etc. (i.e. virtual console) but there are a lot of great games from the early mac era that just don't work on OSX any more.

1) Arcade (hardest games to obtain)
2) Super Nintendo (one of my favorite platforms)
3) Dreamcast (missed out on many DC games)
But where is Sega Saturn & PS1? Without Win 7 Compatibility you can forget my list because I won't be able to play them.

But the price would have to be right, and the selection good. I probably would be buying obscure things like wizardry and other games I never got a chance to play, rather than popular stuff.
Also if you got playstation 1 on here, that would get some serious money from me. There are a hundred games in that line that I never got to play. Hunting down cds is just not my idea of a good time, but if I could grab roms here that would be absolutely killer.
