I bought Street Fighter Alpha 2 just today and noticed that the usual Windows installer for the game had a new design, then I went to my games and checked some of the setup files, and some come with some "2.0" extensions. What is the difference? Fallout 1 for exemple used to "weight" 483Mb and is now 486Mb with the new installer. Is there anything new added to games with this setup or is it simply a new visual? I've burned already a bunch of games on CDs so that would suck a bit to have to reburn them again in case those installers would bring something new to the game's experience

The new installer is mostly a repackaging for most games, though I think MDK (or MDK 2) got some additions as well. Take a look at this thread for more discussion about the installer.
