I was thinking he probably has a watching role. Not sure if it's usual for scum, but he could serve as a far less powerful equivalent to Telika's role.
Or, if there's any part of truth to his claim and P1na wasn't the one responsible for Red's death, maybe he does indeed use hypnotic powers for nefarious purposes. Maybe it doesn't work on everyone OR he has to do it several times before it works and it causes one of his targets to kill someone on a later night. But that's far-fetched (and pretty awesome, please someone use this in a future game!!!).

As you have guessed correctly, I am indeed The Doctor (or at least a doctor).

I protected Telika today but mafia apparently has Strongman and I spent my time hanging outside his room musing how good I am while he was happily dying. I really hoped he will survive and tell us what other item was associated with him tonight and we would be done here.

So I knew my role has no use anymore with only scum being strongman. At first I wanted to claim right away but then I thought that JMich is vig and considered possibility of claiming that ability myself to get killed at night. But I was afraid he wouldn't understand it and counterclaim so I ditched it but apparently he has nothing to counterclaim.

It is second time I correctly guessed NK and I couldn't do anything. I targeted nmillar night before this one but he felt like it will be better to block me instead. :-/
N1 I went after Zchinque as I hoped he will be threat for mafia and they will try to remove him. Joe, in his kindness informed before night ended that Zchinque is going to be modkilled and gave me 5 minutes to pick another target. Considering I wasn't around at that time, I stayed with ym choice and did nothing.
N2 I went after CSPVG because he claimed cop but you know this because Telika saw me go there.


My breakdown of situation.
Pina can't be mafia. They already have flavour cop and his ability as flavour thief was confirmed by Telika.
CSPVG, I would say should be town for his role too, but I am not entirely sure as I am with Pina. Yet he is less likely to be it.
So it mostly remains between flub, Darko and JMich.
JMich could be cleared by CSPVG but he wasn't most relaible source of info so far and it is also quite possible that he could be godfather. We haven't seen much power from mafia so far (falvour cop and strongman) so it's quite possible. There is also the fact that he brought lurking to new level in this game.
Then there is flub, who I ignored previously based on him being lyncher, but it's not 100% guarantee. He mostly feels townish to me, though.
Then there is Darko with his ability. As I said before, we saw very little power from mafia so far so his power could add more to mafia power pool. I find it weird that mafia flavour cop did killing instead of strongman, but the night when Rodzaju killed, it was announced that Darko will be targeted by town roles so he ahd to hid. That's why I think he is the most likely to be last scum.


What I would like to see now is claim from JMicgh, as he is now only unclaimed player.

(I started writing this several hours ago when JMich haven't posted yet but I was unable to finish it at time and had to leave. I am leaving it in its original form now, although JMich already posted.)

OK, so we're back to Darko being a strongman even after P1na's and CSPVG's attempts to target me apparently failed. It also doesn't explain why SPF did the killing on night 2 or the lack of killing on night 1.
I find it unlikely that we have both a jailer and a doctor operating, on top of an omni-watcher.
Do you have an opinion on CSPVG's results?

That's close to the Easter holiday and I'll be traveling to my hometown around that date (probably the day before), but I'll try to stay active.

Why not? I just said that I think you have both and had to (or chose) to hide before. I first thought it could be too powerful but it is either or, so it is possible.

Only mafia knows. Maybe to save you for more important times considering you had much more powerful role than SPF.
It "paid off" to mafia if I recall, as he died.
And who knows about N1, maybe you targeted Zchinque too as I did. maybe it was same as my explanation of N2.

What does have doc to do with omni-watcher?

What opinion? I believe I talked about him in last post.

1) Nmillar kept saying I couldn't be jailed so I was a strongman since a strongman can't be jailed, that's why I was investigated on night 3 (because a strongman can be investigated), according to JMich's plan.

2) I don't know why you would choose to protect Zchinque anyway. He was a pretty scummy character. I also find it hard to believe that you weren't given a proper chance to switch targets if you were informed by Joe that he would modkill Zchinque. 5 minutes, seriously?

3) You don't think that town is overpowered with that setup? Even if you consider me mafia, you have 2 protective roles, an all-seeing role and the Reflector landmine.

4) The difference between the JMich/flub results. You think that a definitive "no" from JMich means he has a godfather ability, but flub's fart is inconspicuous. Is that your opinion? I'll post my PMs from the previous game about this in a while.


Anyway, by my count, even if we have another double kill tonight there should be a town majority tomorrow. So I would be OK with getting lynched today if you think that will help. I still think CSPVG is the killer and he's using his results to imply that one of his targets has a godfather ability.
I'd also like a definitive explanation of what a strongman can actually do and what he's immune to.

For those who don't remember, I was a cop in the previous game. My results:


1) When investigating SPF, mafia godfather
"As everybody is taking a break, roaming on the ship's deck, or eating at the mess, you decide to sneak inside the captain's cabin. After all, if anything wicked is going on, this is the place that should hold the most incriminating infos.
You find a tidy place, a couple of famous bestsellers, some navigation manuals and a maritime law book on a shelve, and a series of files on a desk, near to a computer that is not even protected by any password. The email history is just a series of regular exchanges with harbour authorities and container management offices, in formal and polite terms. The ledgers just show accounts of boring expected transactions, with little commentaries. You find two logs in the thankfully unlocked drawers, one is the ship's log, and the other a personal journal. Skimming through them, you don't find anything ominous or incriminating. The wall's safe has a key on it, but is empty and doesn't seem used at all. A cabinet holds some desk tools, a series of map, and a collection of old unwritten postcards from various countries...
Half-reassured and half-unsatisfied, you look around. The dustbin only holds some snacks wrappings and empty beer cans. A cupboard reveals jackets and boots for varying kind of weather, as well as a few light porn magazines. You check the bed quickly, and find nothing but dust underneath.
You conclude that this is the cabin of a ship captain who has nothing to hide. You will look for evildoers elsewhere... "

2)When investigating Robbeasy, town one-shot vigilante
"Your investigation on his background takes some time, but you conclude that he has no possible interest in the current series of killings. You're just not sure what to do with that info, and where to share it."





That's what the difference between flub's and Jmich's results reminds me. An unsatisfying result and a definitely negative result. The main difference is that CSPVG's claimed result for flub is even more vague than the result I got on SPF, so that he can cover his bases if flub is lynched and flips town. He's already blaming the numbers for the difference between the two results.

What I find odd at this point is deciding between who is helping the town the least??

Do you remember my interactions with him on D1? When SPF and Telika tried to fish his ability I accused them of trying to find if he is dangerous to mafiam so I reckoned mafia could try to off him.

Trust me, I found it hard to believe too. I wasn't exactly nice to Joe back then (and several times later too). I sent it quite late as I couldn't decide and Joe struck back like this.
But why would I make it up? I could claim anyone. Telika had no info from that night. ;-)

So what are you doing? Doubting my role or painting CSPVG as scum?
Either you think he is scum or you think my claim is fake, you can't have both if you aren't just looking for any viable target.

I don't believe you're scum. It wouldn't make sense since the hk killer visited you. Given your military background I think that you being a one-shot vigilante+some alternate role is more likely, but the question is why you would deny it if you're town and claim to be the worst doctor in the history of mafia games. So I'd say you're probably a neutral or you're doing something that's way above my pay grade. In either case, you're not someone I should vote at this point in the game. My money's on CSPVG.
