After days of endless counting the tweets, reviews, share the glory’s and what not, we've finally pulled together a complete list of our heroes participants and we ran a lottery to find who won.

A freaking awesome GOG branded sword and shield and $150 in store credits will go to ... YepNix !

For the tweet that YepNix sent @ Thu, 10 Mar 2011 15:13:38 +0000 ;). Congratulations, YepNix! We've already contacted you to get your mailing address, but here you can bask in the admiration of your fellow GOG heros who helped make our Ubisoft relaunch such a big success.

Hmmm, I have kind of mixed feelings. We all knew the winner would be picked at random, so I don't want to complain or whine or anything, but it's kind of leaving a bitter taste that someone won the main price just by tweetin a copy-paste line. It would have been much cooler if it was a really good video or a really helpful review. On the other hand I did win a free game during the contest so I can still consider myslf one of the lucky guys (but I did put quite some effort in my review).

Well, that's the rules and YepNix won fair, I don't want to argue with this, so have fun with your new toy, man :)

EDIT: I'd like to see at least what the sword and shield actually look like :D

If it was a lottery, everyone was deserving of the major prize, regardless of what they did. All you had to really do was participate. GOG has made contests where the main prize is not chosen at random but this wasn't one of them, so congratulations Yepnix! If you don't check these forums much, boy, what a surprise you're gonna get on your mailbox.

Or not, since you.. uhm... have to give GOG your mail address first.

Then my work here is done =D and I didn't even have to suggest the wetsuit with the bottom cut out and unleashing the rampant wildebeast, this was easier than I first thought :P
