While something like this is probably a good idea (I think we already have one, but whatever), but I don't really think the title is appropriate.
Having the DOS version instead of the Windows version isn't "missing content" or "incomplete" or anything. Same with hinky patch-issues and the like.

Missing content was mostly for the soundtracks and other misc items. I just made it Etc. because some of the info (like DOS vs WIN) is just annoying to hunt down. I don't think I put too many of those in there (one maybe?). The forums a little weak here because I can't edit the title either. I would keep up with the list and update the first post, but I don't know if people are interested in this or not. We'll see.
If we have one, then I would like to just close it.

There are several other lists that are updated every once in a while (most of them are listed in "List of threads with lists"), and I believe this one would be a good and informative addition.
I say: keep up the good work, maybe clean it up a little to make it easier to read (like making the titles bold to distinguish them from the text), and maybe add an explanation of what the difference between versions is.

The only real problem i see on this list is the no installing Ghost Recon expansion packs (That is a huge problem if correct) and maybe the lack of cut scenes or lack of audio (If that is the case).
The main problem would be that a lot of Ghost Recons mods require the expansions and i suppose that is a problem.
Of course if GOG would release the expansions (For reduced price for people who buy the first game of course : P) that would fix the problem.

I cleaned it up and added sections to make things more clear. The title really looks more out of place though. Too bad, I cannot edit it.

What's wrong with Riven, by the way? From reading the complaint I assume there was some DVD version once, but what's the difference between them?

Miaghstir: I just edited that. The DVD version has better video quality. Over the six to eight months, I noticed that GoG opts for the CD version over DVD. I think it might be related to problems getting the DVD version to run, but I cannot confirm why Riven is the CD version here.

Interstate '76 is in rough shape.
Some of the other items is just lack of information available on the site. I am bothered by having to go to the forum and read people's guinea pig stories on some of these titles. Two examples from the list: LOTR and Descent I+II. Some people (maybe irresponsibly -- one including myself) assumed certain content was in the GoG version, but that content was not there. I just thought a list of these items would be a little easier on people than filtering through several forums. By the way, the quote system on this site is truly atrocious.

Descent II once had a native Windows executable available--not a standalone release, but rather a file you put in the DOS directory. From what I've read this is absent from the GOG release.

I remember it was a discussion here on the forum about HoMM 2 not being patched to the latest version. Maybe that should be added to the above list.

I think that with DX1\DX2-Rebirth and D2X-XL available it's not really a problem.

I have an additional Entry for the "Versions" category:
There are CD versions of Might & Magic 4 and 5 (Worlds of Xeen) with full voice acting for all the NPCs, but the versions on GOG don't contain it.
The GOG team said they were looking into it, but there never was an update until now. I doubt it's technical problems, since I got that version running fine in DOSBox, perhaps legal trouble.
