I was wondering what font is used for the GOG.COM logo. Any help on that would be greatly appreciated.

I expect the character shapes were just created for the logo, but if anyone knows otherwise I guess I'd be interested.

I had a play with What The Font and there are a few fonts with similarities (no matches):

Yeah, I have to agree, it's probably not really a font, but simply a logo design.

I asked our design team; apparently the letters were wrought from steel quarried up from the depths of the mountain over which sat Barad-dûr. Quenched in the blood of a thousand Bothans, the final, majestic piece emerged. Wrought with the skill of a lifetime of logo-smithing, the letters remain an iconic and indelible imprint in history.

Sounds like I need to update the GOG bible. Bothans? The IP fight may be a problem. TheEnigmaticT isn't also a Slayer of Lawyers is he? Maybe GOG can retcon it later.

From this cryptic answer, no font was used is my assumption. Thank you for the reply, was a creative one at that.
