click pause before you leave just in case. The downloader automatically checks the directory where the games get downloaded to see if it's partially or fully there. I've done this many times without issue.

Yeah, I checked the GOG Downloads folder and saw that along with the installer, there was a .bin file as well. When I restarted the downloader, the queue was empty, but when I downloaded the game off the site again, the progress filled back up to where it was before.
