Hey guys. First time posting here. I love the site, sorry my first post is about a problem.
My problem is that my GOG Downloader just doesn't work. I have Adobe AIR, so that's not the problem.
Every time I try to open it up it just looks like the picture I have attached.
I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit, if that helps.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have no idea since I do direct downloads and do not use the Downloader.
Also, that picture looks less like Adobe Air and more like Adobe Smog! :o)
I would also recommend doing direct downloads.
That is what I have been doing.
Does the downloader affect games at all after they're downloaded or is it strictly a downloader? This may sound dumb since it's called GOG Downloader, just curious if it keeps the games updated or anything. (some devs support older software)

It's strictly a downloader, I guess it's to make it easier to see exactly what you're downloading...
I think it's nice, but I don't think it does anything else besides download GOG game installers for you.
As far as I know the downloader is just that...a downloader.
If your adamant about solving your problem try re-downloading and installing your downloader (on the off chance a file was corrupted)

The idea is to download games which come in parts as one file, and also to maintain data in case something goes awry with one's Internet.
Did you install the 64bit version of AIR? Maybe that's the problem. Install it, reboot , and try again.

There's no 64-bit one... it's either Windows, Mac or Linux.
64-bit vista here as well, but I'm not seeing any problems.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the downloader? Perhaps making sure you get the latest version of AIR while you're at it, I have had trouble with the automatic version detection and update, here is a link to the manual installation.
