Downloader was working fine up until today. It forgot my login info, and will not accept my credentials. Just keeps popping up the credential window. I changed my password, to make sure I had the right one, and it still won't log in. Is there a way to fix this problem, or should I just reinstall?

No solution here, but I'm having problems with it too.

I just bought the Witcher a few hours ago and I've been downloading it... until now. When the game was about 75% finished, the downloader suddenly went offline, removing all my queued downloads from the list when I tried to restart it, and I can't even CLICK on the log in option; it's grayed out.

I'm downloading through my browser now, but I was hoping to start playing this game tonight. Really disappointing.

I think they're probably swamped today... tons of downloading going on, what with the Legend of Grimrock being released...

Perhaps this is their way to take it "offline" for a little while?

Same here... won't even show the login screen; it just says Offline and I can do nothing but change the settings.... hope they bring it back up soon; I was downloading several games I purchased but never got a chance to download until now.

Thought maybe I was the only one, looks like someone fell asleep on a switch or spilled coffee all over...

Was trying to download Legends of Grimlock and it is offline now. Sigh............

Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the stable GOG Downloader, and then tried the beta version. Neither is now working and refuses to allow you to log in. Finally resorted to downloading the Legend of Grimrock through my browser.

Any solutions or reasons why the GOG Downloader has stopped working???

Glad it isn't just me, but i hope they get this fixed soon.

Confirmed just got the new downloader installed and the login button doesnt exist and its not popping up with my download i queued

Left the GOG downloader running overnight downloading Witcher 2 with all the bonus material. Woke up this morning to find a .Net NullPointerException and the downloader had downloaded most, but not quite all the game files.

Now like the others I can't even login in with the downloader and it's offline.

Having the same problem - can't even click to login.
