It's the same as if my store sold you windows 7 disc, if it's defective, you go to my store to complain, not to microsoft.
Using that analogy, he doesn't even want to complain to Microsoft, but to the subcontractor who pressed the disc.

No he's not, he's just made a mistake. The internet is filled with half informed legal statements and general misconceptions about what your rights are. I think he just feels that there's a tie to GOG because of the branding. We've all said he's wrong, and given his lack of reply I assume he got the message.

That's not trolling, that's making an argument, being flamed, and deciding it's not worth his time. I wish trolls could take that attitude

well from his subsequent posts where he started quoting his legal rights despite being presented with enough evidence that he's wrong he looked like a troll to me. Oh well XD
